Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Shipping to the following countries is possible : Austria, Switzerland, Germany.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Free shipping on orders over €70. Otherwise, the following shipping costs apply:
- Germany: €4.50
- Austria: €6.50
- Switzerland: €8.00
- EU: 7,90€
- USA: 6,99€ (~8$)
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Austria takes 3-7 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 5-12 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.
